Local florist and flower grower Laura of Flowers by the Brae is joining us to host a fantastic luxury wreath making class at Quince & Cook. Laura will be bringing along beautiful foliage and wreath making materials from her walled garden, they are perfect for creating a festive wreath that will last right though to Christmas and beyond. 

At the workshop you will craft your very own festive wreath whilst Christmas music plays and our spiced cranberry wine flows.

All materials will be provided but if you would like to keep your hands cosy and clean we recommend bringing your own gardening gloves. 

As with all of our workshops, you will have an time to explore the shop with 15% off on the day purchases (excluding gift vouchers, food, cookers, appliances, stoves and gift boxes).

Class Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by you:

  • Payments for our workshops and classes are generally non-refundable. We liken it to buying a concert or theatre ticket. Most of the work has gone on well ahead of the actual session and we will still have to pay the class provider a per head fee regardless of you attending or not. You are welcome to send someone else in your place instead. Just let us know their contact details. Refunds may be given if we are able to re-sell your place. If you do cancel 14 days or more prior to the event date we can offer a refund onto a gift voucher for the class value.

 

Cancellation by us:

  • In the event of us needing to cancel a class we will give as much notice as possible and will offer you a place on an alternative class.
  • If this is not suitable then we will offer you either a full refund or you are welcome to swap the payment for a gift card to spend in the shop/at a later date.
  • Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any other/3rd party costs or expenses you may have incurred in relation to the original booking.

HOW OUR DELIVERIES WORK 

We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday – five days a week. Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched on the same day. All orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the following day.

We sadly can't deliver to PO Box addresses.

Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following morning, and orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday. In case of a delayed delivery please contact us quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look straight into it for you.

Delivery prices are dependent product size and are broken down as follows and will be automatically calculated at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: £4.95 - Royal Mail 48 Tracked
  • Small Item Shipping (Orders under £10): £3.50
  • Letterbox Kits: £3.50 
  • Expedited Shipping: £6.95 – Royal Mail 24 Tracked
  • Transparent Shipping £6.14 - Royal Mail 48 Tracked - This is how much you it costs us to ship your order. As a small business we just don't get the margin on postal fees that the biggies do. 
DELIVERED WHEN YOU’RE NOT AT HOME?

The carrier we use is Royal Mail, they will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card should have detailed instructions informing you on how to obtain your parcel. You will have 7 days from the date of attempted delivery to rearrange delivery, after this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge again for postage before sending the item out again. We will contact you first. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address (for example, your work address).

OVERSEAS POSTAGE – EUROPE & REST OF WORLD

Unfortunately we are unable to send items out with the UK at the moment, we are working on this.

RETURNS TO QUINCE & COOK

We hope that you love your purchase, but if for any reason it’s not right, please don’t hesitate to return within 14 working days of delivery. Returned items should be adequately insured during the return journey with proof of postage, Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery.

Please ensure that your unwanted product is in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

Along with your product please fill in our returns form and include this in your parcel - failure to include this may delay your refund being processed. A returns form can be obtained by emailing orders@quinceandcook.co.uk

On the rare occasion that your product is faulty please contact us to arrange collection free of charge. Non faulty items will have to be returned at your own cost.

Please allow 28 days for your refund to be processed.

COOKER & APPLIANCE ORDERS

Please see our terms & conditions for returns, cancellations and all other information pertaining to each cooker/appliance manufacturer. The information above does not apply to large appliance purchases.

Shipping times will also vary from the above as many items are special delivery due to their size. Shortly after order, a date will be provided and the courier will liaise with you via email or text to confirm precise timings. 

Delivery costs also vary for large appliances, these will be calculated at checkout.
