The Majestic Milano 120cm Fry Top range cooker combines a powerful ILVE multifunction oven with ILVE’s unique nanotechnology coated brass burner hob top and a versatile, removable, stainless-steel fry top griddle; also known as a chef top or Teppanyaki griddle, you can cook many favourites such as a full English breakfast, steak, fish, pancakes and stir fry. This popular model also features ILVEs innovative cooking E3 precision temperature control. The combination of professional features and advanced technologies creates the perfect range cooker for those passionate about cooking.
Design Features
The Majestic Milano is characterised by a heavy-duty, American style depth and width coupled with traditional Italian flair and heritage styling. The Majestic Milano has ornate handles and control knobs with matching trim surrounding the oven doors which projects grandeur and sophistication.
Oven Functions
The Majestic Milano 120cm Fry Top range cooker has a wide choice of 15 oven functions including quick start rapid heat up that heats to 200 degrees in 6 minutes and a pizza setting that recreates a traditional pizza furnace at 300 degrees. The right-hand oven has a capacity of 43 litres and the main left-hand oven has a capacity of 97 litres. The main oven can be controlled from 30 degrees up to 300 degrees. Both ovens include specially designed rotisserie, perfect for cooking joints of meat.
The baking setting uses a circular fan element to distribute heat evenly. With the new steam discharge vent, you can control the humidity of the oven by eliminating condensation when cooking a high water-based dish like a stew or by retaining the moisture when baking bread. The oven includes an easy clean enamel oven lining and two dual-height halogen lighting for perfect visual control. All ILVE range cookers are A+ rated for energy efficiency.
The right-hand oven features a specially designed rotisserie, perfect for cooking joints of meat. The continuously turning spit allows the meat to self-baste and ensures minimal mess.
Hob Details
The Majestic Milano 120cm Fry Top range cooker features a stainless-steel fry top griddle with 8 high quality, cast-iron individual pan supports and solid brass burners with easy-clean black nanotechnology coating. The fry top accessory can be placed on top of 2 burners and removed when it is not required. The Majestic Milano 120cm Fry Top range cooker has 8 individual gas burners controlled with one hand ignition: 1x 5kW dual burner, 1x 4.3kW double ring wok burner, 4x 3kW medium burners and 2x 1.8kW small burners. LPG jets supplied as standard for conversion where required.
Safety Features
ILVE’s cookers are designed to ensure the safety of its users, including a fascia fan to keep the controls cool. The oven doors are cool touch with triple glazed glass and the burners feature a flame safety device to shut off gas if the flame goes out. Finally, every ILVE cooker features a child safety lock, perfect for young families.
HOW OUR DELIVERIES WORK
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, five days a week.
Orders placed before 1pm will usually be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day, and orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Royal Mail Tracked 48. This is the actual cost to us of sending your parcel. As a small independent business, we don’t have access to the heavily discounted postal rates available to the big guys, so this option simply covers our postage cost.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT HOME?
Our parcels are sent with Royal Mail. If they’re unable to deliver your parcel, they’ll provide details of your delivery options, which may include rearranging delivery or collecting your parcel.
If a parcel is eventually returned to us because delivery couldn’t be completed, we’ll contact you. If you’d like us to send it again, we may need to charge the postage cost for redelivery.
If you know you won’t be home, you may prefer to have your order delivered to an alternative address where someone will be available to receive it.
OVERSEAS DELIVERY
At the moment, we’re unfortunately unable to ship outside the UK. We hope to change this in the future.
RETURNS TO QUINCE & COOK
We hope you love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

Unless an item is faulty, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us before returning it so that we can arrange the appropriate return at no cost to you.
Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed.

Delivery times will also differ from those above, as many large items require a specialist delivery service. Following your order, we’ll provide further information about your expected delivery date, and the courier will usually contact you by email or text to confirm the arrangements.
