Christmas Hours & Delivery Deadlines

At checkout you can choose between Royal Mail Tracked 24 Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping services. The dispatch deadline for both of these services is Friday 19th of December at 12pm  - we will still be dispatching orders on the 22nd of December but we can't guarantee delivery for Christmas day as they exceed Royal Mail last shipping dates.

As with orders placed throughout the year, once your order leaves us and tracking is provided we can no longer control your package. You can use the tracking, provided via email on dispatch, to track and update your order. At Christmas time Royal Mail cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in time for Christmas Day, but they will try their hardest. 

Online orders placed after 12pm on Monday 22nd of December: All order placed after our cut off will be dispatched when we return on the 5th of January. As a small team we take a break over the Christmas period to allow everyone to rest and recoup after a busy Christmas.

Our Perth shop will be our normal hours up to Christmas,  plus we will be open every Sunday in December as well as Monday 22nd . The Perth shop will be closed from the 24th of December and will reopen on the 6th of January - online orders placed during this time will be dispatched on the 5th of January, so do keep this in mind if your are ordering.
