TEAM MEMBER VACANCY

Part-time, permanent position

24 hours p/w + 5 hours fortnightly

Details

We are looking for a part time team member to join the Quince & Cook team.

Quince & Cook is a unique retail store in Perth, offering a friendly and supportive environment to staff and customers alike.

As a small team we tend to muck in and share tasks across the whole store, from online order processing and serving customers, to keeping on top of tidiness in store and dealing with deliveries. Everyday is different and tasks are varied.

We now require a friendly, bubbly and interiors obsessed person to help with all of the above as well as manning the store on days that Neil and I are working in the office/days off, this will be a key holder position and you will be responsible for supervising other team members. Experience in wonderful customer service and retail sales is a must. Experience in stock management, staff supervision and e-commerce order fulfilment are a bonus, however, we will provide full training.

Personal attributes

You should have a keen interest in interiors and cooking.

A reliable and self-motivated individual, who would be capable of caring for all aspects of the store as if it were your own.

You're someone who truly cares about the customer experience from start to finish.

As a small and hard-working team, we are looking for a self-starter, someone who will pitch in to all aspects of the work and have a passion for independent retail.

Renumeration details

Excellent rate of pay. Statutory annual leave, generous staff discount & store perks.

Days of work

This position offers 3/4 days per week with potential of additional hours during team holiday times and peak trading months. There is also the opportunity to additional hours to cover in-store events.

Weekend work is included in the 3 days.

Thursday 9:30-5:30pm

Friday 9:30-5:30pm

Saturday 9:30-5:30pm

Plus two Sunday shifts per month, 11-4pm
