QUINCE & COOK REFUND POLICY 


We Accept Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as earrings, food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Book with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it can take between 7-10 days for your refund to show in your bank.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@quinceliving.co.uk and send your item to: Quince & Cook, 64-68 Princes Street, Perth PH2 8LJ

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The exception to this would be if your item is faulty, we will then arrange collection or cover a pre-agreed return postage cost.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

Please note that all online orders of cookers, appliances, Everhot stoves, ventilation and barbecues are specialist orders. These are items that we do not hold in stock and are ordered in to meet customer requests and are therefore not covered by our standard online returns and refund policies.

Due to the special and tailored nature of this type of order if you do wish to cancel your order for any reason, the following cancellation and restocking fees will apply.

Within 14 days of delivery 10% of your total order.

Within 7 days of delivery 20% of your total order.

Within 3 days of delivery 50% of your total order.

24hours or less before delivery 100% of your total order.

Please ensure any special order items that you order are suitable for your needs and you have checked any dimensions, specifications and colours. We are unable to accept any returns once these goods are delivered unless they are damaged or faulty. If a failed delivery takes place due to the product not being able to delivered into the home because of door widths etc there will be a restocking fee of 20% of the total order value and failed delivery charge.
