The ILVE Milano Cross Door Refrigerator combines generous capacity with refined Italian design, making it the perfect companion to any ILVE kitchen. Part of the Milano Collection, this 91cm freestanding refrigerator offers an impressive 539-litre capacity across four thoughtfully designed compartments, providing exceptional storage for fresh and frozen food.
Ornate, traditional detailing gives this refrigerator the unmistakable character of the Milano range, a style rarely seen among modern fridge freezers. It is available in a wide selection of ILVE colours with four trim options: Brass, Chrome, Bronze and Copper. For something completely individual, choose one of over 200 RAL Classic colours and make your ILVE truly your own.
Engineered for dependable everyday performance, the Total No Frost cooling system maintains consistent temperatures while removing the need for manual defrosting. Flexible internal storage includes adjustable glass shelves, a humidity-controlled fruit and vegetable drawer, and a variable-temperature compartment that can be set to -4°C, 0°C or +4°C.
The spacious freezer includes four drawers, two large storage compartments and an automatic ice maker. Super Cooling and Super Freezing functions quickly restore optimum temperatures after groceries have been added. An anti-odour air filter, energy-efficient inverter compressor and intuitive internal LED display help keep food fresher for longer.

HOW OUR DELIVERIES WORK
We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday – five days a week. Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched on the same day. All orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the following day.
We sadly can't deliver to PO Box addresses.
Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following morning, and orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday. In case of a delayed delivery please contact us quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look straight into it for you.
Delivery prices are dependent product size and are broken down as follows and will be automatically calculated at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: £4.95 - Royal Mail 48 Tracked
- Small Item Shipping (Orders under £10): £3.50
- Letterbox Kits: £3.50
- Expedited Shipping: £6.95 – Royal Mail 24 Tracked
- Transparent Shipping £6.14 - Royal Mail 48 Tracked - This is how much you it costs us to ship your order. As a small business we just don't get the margin on postal fees that the biggies do.
The carrier we use is Royal Mail, they will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card should have detailed instructions informing you on how to obtain your parcel. You will have 7 days from the date of attempted delivery to rearrange delivery, after this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge again for postage before sending the item out again. We will contact you first. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address (for example, your work address).
OVERSEAS POSTAGE – EUROPE & REST OF WORLDUnfortunately we are unable to send items out with the UK at the moment, we are working on this.
RETURNS TO QUINCE & COOK
We hope that you love your purchase, but if for any reason it’s not right, please don’t hesitate to return within 14 working days of delivery. Returned items should be adequately insured during the return journey with proof of postage, Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery.

Please ensure that your unwanted product is in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
Along with your product please fill in our returns form and include this in your parcel - failure to include this may delay your refund being processed. A returns form can be obtained by emailing orders@quinceandcook.co.uk
On the rare occasion that your product is faulty please contact us to arrange collection free of charge. Non faulty items will have to be returned at your own cost.
Please allow 28 days for your refund to be processed.

Shipping times will also vary from the above as many items are special delivery due to their size. Shortly after order, a date will be provided and the courier will liaise with you via email or text to confirm precise timings.
Delivery costs also vary for large appliances, these will be calculated at checkout.
In the unlikely event of a problem developing, you are covered for 2 years parts and labour warranty.
