Shipping policy
We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday – five days a week. Standard Delivery orders placed before 12pm are dispatched on the same day. All orders placed after 12pm are dispatched the following day.
DPD orders must be placed before midday for same day shipping.
We sadly can't deliver to PO Box addresses.
Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following morning, and orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday. In case of a delayed delivery please contact us by quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look straight into it for you.
Delivery prices are dependent product size and are broken down as follows and will be automatically calculated at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: £4.95 - Royal Mail 48 Tracked
- Small Item Shipping (Orders under £10): £3.50
- DPD Next Day Delivery: £5.45
- Letterbox Kits: £3.50
DELIVERED WHEN YOU’RE NOT AT HOME?
The carrier we use is Royal Mail, they will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card should have detailed instructions informing you on how to obtain your parcel. You will have 7 days from the date of attempted delivery to rearrange delivery, after this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge again for postage before sending the item out again. We will contact you first. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address (for example, your work address).
For DPD orders you will receive a text message and/or email direct from DPD with full tracking and the option to add a safe place for delivery should you not be available to accept the parcel.
OVERSEAS POSTAGE – EUROPE & REST OF WORLD
Unfortunately we are unable to send items out with the UK at the moment, we are working on this.
