The ANEKA slipper socks come well past the ankle and are fully lined for warmth and comfort, perfect for curling up on the sofa.

  • Dimensions: L35xW13xD3cm. Height from heel is approx. 35cm and calf circumference up to S30-M32-L34cm. While the socks will mould gently to the wearer's feet with use, their lifespan will be extended if they are not overstretched.
  • Care instructions: Machine washable on cool. Do not tumble dry. Separate dark colours.

Please note that these socks do not have reinforced soles and are designed for lounging - if you are on your feet all day our hand felted slippers are a more suitable choice.

Our hand-knitted products are made from 100% sheep wool. The shades of grey, brown and cream are completely natural, while other colours are produced using azo-free dyes. Wool fabrics are resilient and easy care, providing low temperatures are used, and retain their natural qualities of insulation, breathability and elasticity. Due to its natural antibacterial properties, wool naturally resists odours and requires infrequent laundering. Wool is one of the most sustainable fabrics in existence; renewable and biodegradable, it requires relatively little water for its production. Our wool is mulesing free. Leftover yarn from the AURA QUE wool knit range is used to create our upcycled eco waste wool range - no scrap is wasted! The black jersey cotton lining provides warmth and softness. It is sourced locally in Nepal.

Handmade by artisans within a World Fair Trade Organization certified collective in Kathmandu, Nepal. Our hand-knitted products are made by women who knit the pieces at home, working around their family commitments. This provides them with an income to help their families. Urmila coordinates the team of women, training them to produce each style and distributing the yarn and materials.

HOW OUR DELIVERIES WORK 

We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday – five days a week. Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched on the same day. All orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the following day.

We sadly can't deliver to PO Box addresses.

Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following morning, and orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday. In case of a delayed delivery please contact us quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look straight into it for you.

Delivery prices are dependent product size and are broken down as follows and will be automatically calculated at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: £4.95 - Royal Mail 48 Tracked
  • Small Item Shipping (Orders under £10): £3.50
  • Letterbox Kits: £3.50 
  • Expedited Shipping: £6.95 – Royal Mail 24 Tracked
  • Transparent Shipping £6.14 - Royal Mail 48 Tracked - This is how much you it costs us to ship your order. As a small business we just don't get the margin on postal fees that the biggies do. 
DELIVERED WHEN YOU’RE NOT AT HOME?

The carrier we use is Royal Mail, they will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card should have detailed instructions informing you on how to obtain your parcel. You will have 7 days from the date of attempted delivery to rearrange delivery, after this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge again for postage before sending the item out again. We will contact you first. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address (for example, your work address).

OVERSEAS POSTAGE – EUROPE & REST OF WORLD

Unfortunately we are unable to send items out with the UK at the moment, we are working on this.

RETURNS TO QUINCE & COOK

We hope that you love your purchase, but if for any reason it’s not right, please don’t hesitate to return within 14 working days of delivery. Returned items should be adequately insured during the return journey with proof of postage, Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery.

Please ensure that your unwanted product is in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

Along with your product please fill in our returns form and include this in your parcel - failure to include this may delay your refund being processed. A returns form can be obtained by emailing orders@quinceandcook.co.uk

On the rare occasion that your product is faulty please contact us to arrange collection free of charge. Non faulty items will have to be returned at your own cost.

Please allow 28 days for your refund to be processed.

Please see our terms & conditions for returns, cancellations and all other information pertaining to each cooker/appliance manufacturer. The information above does not apply to large appliance purchases.

Shipping times will also vary from the above as many items are special delivery due to their size. Shortly after order, a date will be provided and the courier will liaise with you via email or text to confirm precise timings. 

Delivery costs also vary for large appliances, these will be calculated at checkout.
