Our chai is micro-brewed in small batches by hand using the finest single estate Assam black tea, Indian spices and unrefined sugar available. Blended and slowly steeped resulting in a chai that is not only unique, it’s full of flavour and perfectly balanced in spice and sweetness.
This all new warming Spiced Bombay Chai concentrates is 100% natural, using only the finest hand picked tippy Assam tea and spices which are slowly steeped and brewed in small batches, creating a powerful balance of comforting flavours.
The spices are sourced exclusively from collectives across the globe, paying particular attention to their place of origin, growing conditions and quality. Each spice is cupped to maintain consistency in natural sweetness and body. The result is a totally unique full-bodied and balanced easy to use tea concentrate. Simply mix one part concentrate to six parts of your favourite milk and you will enjoy a bold and flavourful simple to produce authentic Spiced Bombay Chai latte.

Hot Chai Latte: Mix one part chai with six parts of milk or non-dairy milk of choice, steam or heat together to your desired temperature and enjoy.
Iced Chai Latte: Fill medium glass with ice, pour one part chai concentrate over ice and fill glass with five parts cold milk or non-dairy milk of choice.
Shake bottle well before each use. Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight and refrigerate once opened, enjoy within 2 weeks. Origins Ethically and responsibly sourced from India, Sri Lanka, Madagascar and Grenada.
Ingredients: Single estate Assam black tea, purified water, un-refined Madagascar sugar, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, star anise, mixed spice, nutmeg, cardamom, black pepper, star anise, mixed spice, nutmeg, cardamom, fennel seed and all spice. Vegan & gluten free.
HOW OUR DELIVERIES WORK
We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday – five days a week. Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched on the same day. All orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the following day.
We sadly can't deliver to PO Box addresses.
Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following morning, and orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday. In case of a delayed delivery please contact us quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look straight into it for you.
Delivery prices are dependent product size and are broken down as follows and will be automatically calculated at checkout:

- Transparent Shipping £6.14 - Royal Mail 48 Tracked - This is how much you it costs us to ship your order. As a small business we just don't get the margin on postal fees that the biggies do.
The carrier we use is Royal Mail, they will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card should have detailed instructions informing you on how to obtain your parcel. You will have 7 days from the date of attempted delivery to rearrange delivery, after this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge again for postage before sending the item out again. We will contact you first. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address (for example, your work address).
OVERSEAS POSTAGE – EUROPE & REST OF WORLDUnfortunately we are unable to send items out with the UK at the moment, we are working on this.
RETURNS TO QUINCE & COOK
We hope that you love your purchase, but if for any reason it’s not right, please don’t hesitate to return within 14 working days of delivery. Returned items should be adequately insured during the return journey with proof of postage, Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery.

Please ensure that your unwanted product is in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
Along with your product please fill in our returns form and include this in your parcel - failure to include this may delay your refund being processed. A returns form can be obtained by emailing orders@quinceandcook.co.uk
On the rare occasion that your product is faulty please contact us to arrange collection free of charge. Non faulty items will have to be returned at your own cost.
Please allow 28 days for your refund to be processed.
