Based on a traditional Argentinian ‘Asado’ grill, the Everhot Grill has a large height adjustable cooking grill that makes cooking over wood or charcoal simple and intuitive. High temperature cooking is made easy by simply lowering the grill towards the fire, and if things start getting too hot, simply raise the grill to reduce the heat. Interchangeable cooking grates add more control – so whether you are a BBQ aficionado looking for the perfect reverse seared steak, or simply cooking for the family – the Everhot Grill is a joy to use and takes the guesswork out of cooking over fire.

Hand-built in the Cotswolds from thick marine grade stainless steel, the Everhot Grill is designed to last a lifetime. Finished to the highest standard, every detail from the hand polished ratchet wheel to the hand turned oak handle has been carefully considered to provide the best possible cooking experience. The firebox base is lined with oven grade fire brick and unlike many other grills of this type, the sides of the firebox are also insulated minimising heat loss and directing heat to the cooking grill. Due to the high levels of insulation, the Grill can be used freestanding or as part of an outdoor kitchen.

The grill comes set up and ready to cook with 2 heavy duty stainless steel grill bars. Each of these are interchangeable with the optional Parilla Grill and Chapa Plate, which add yet more flexibility and allow you to enjoy dual cooking zones.

HOW OUR DELIVERIES WORK

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, five days a week.

Orders placed before 1pm will usually be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day, and orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

If your delivery seems to be taking a little longer than expected, please get in touch with your name, order number and full delivery address and we’ll happily look into it for you.

DELIVERY PRICES

Delivery is calculated automatically at checkout depending on the size and value of your order:

• Standard Shipping – £4.95
  Royal Mail Tracked 48
• Small Item Shipping – £3.50
  Available on qualifying orders under £10
• Expedited Shipping – £6.95
  Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch, although this is not a guaranteed next-day service.
• Transparent Shipping – £6.14
  Royal Mail Tracked 48. This is the actual cost to us of sending your parcel. As a small independent business, we don’t have access to the heavily discounted postal rates available to the big guys, so this option simply covers our postage cost.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT HOME?

Our parcels are sent with Royal Mail. If they’re unable to deliver your parcel, they’ll provide details of your delivery options, which may include rearranging delivery or collecting your parcel.

If a parcel is eventually returned to us because delivery couldn’t be completed, we’ll contact you. If you’d like us to send it again, we may need to charge the postage cost for redelivery.

If you know you won’t be home, you may prefer to have your order delivered to an alternative address where someone will be available to receive it.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

At the moment, we’re unfortunately unable to ship outside the UK. We hope to change this in the future.

RETURNS TO QUINCE & COOK

We hope you love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

Please include a completed returns form inside your parcel, as missing information may delay your refund. You can request a returns form by emailing orders@quinceandcook.co.uk.

Unless an item is faulty, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us before returning it so that we can arrange the appropriate return at no cost to you.

Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed.

COOKER & APPLIANCE ORDERS

Cookers and large appliances are subject to separate delivery, cancellation and returns terms. Please see our Terms & Conditions for information relating to individual manufacturers.

Delivery times will also differ from those above, as many large items require a specialist delivery service. Following your order, we’ll provide further information about your expected delivery date, and the courier will usually contact you by email or text to confirm the arrangements.

Delivery charges for large appliances also vary and will be calculated at checkout.
