Set of 4 Kids Bamboo Toothbrushes

Start your little one’s eco journey early with these soft bristle children's toothbrushes, crafted with sustainably-grown bamboo with castor oil bristles.

They are BPA free, 100% biodegradable and vegan. This pack of 4 brushes comes packed in recycled and recyclable packaging. The paint on the end of the brushes is water-based and toxin free. These toothbrushes are comfortable to hold, the flat style handle has been designed for maximum comfort during regular daily use and most importantly ensure children are left with healthy teeth and gums.

Made from a single piece of bamboo so no glue is used. The natural antibacterial and anti-fungal properties of bamboo mean the toothbrush is hygienic too. Bamboo is resistant to natural pests, which means it is farmed organically. Castor oil is a natural product made from the seeds of the castor oil plant (Ricinus communis).

HOW OUR DELIVERIES WORK 

We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday – five days a week. Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched on the same day. All orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the following day.

We sadly can't deliver to PO Box addresses.

Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following morning, and orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday. In case of a delayed delivery please contact us quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look straight into it for you.

Delivery prices are dependent product size and are broken down as follows and will be automatically calculated at checkout:

• Small Item Shipping (Orders under £10): £3.50

• Transparent Shipping £6.14 - Royal Mail 48 Tracked - This is how much you it costs us to ship your order. As a small business we just don't get the margin on postal fees that the biggies do. 

DELIVERED WHEN YOU’RE NOT AT HOME?

The carrier we use is Royal Mail, they will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card should have detailed instructions informing you on how to obtain your parcel. You will have 7 days from the date of attempted delivery to rearrange delivery, after this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge again for postage before sending the item out again. We will contact you first. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address (for example, your work address).

OVERSEAS POSTAGE – EUROPE & REST OF WORLD

Unfortunately we are unable to send items out with the UK at the moment, we are working on this.

RETURNS TO QUINCE & COOK

We hope that you love your purchase, but if for any reason it’s not right, please don’t hesitate to return within 14 working days of delivery. Returned items should be adequately insured during the return journey with proof of postage, Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery.

Please ensure that your unwanted product is in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

Along with your product please fill in our returns form and include this in your parcel - failure to include this may delay your refund being processed. A returns form can be obtained by emailing orders@quinceandcook.co.uk

On the rare occasion that your product is faulty please contact us to arrange collection free of charge. Non faulty items will have to be returned at your own cost.

Please allow 28 days for your refund to be processed.

Please see our terms & conditions for returns, cancellations and all other information pertaining to each cooker/appliance manufacturer. The information above does not apply to large appliance purchases.

Shipping times will also vary from the above as many items are special delivery due to their size. Shortly after order, a date will be provided and the courier will liaise with you via email or text to confirm precise timings. 

Delivery costs also vary for large appliances, these will be calculated at checkout.
