Bertazzoni stainless steel 84 cm french door cross door refrigerator is cabinet deep and has ample storage capacity, with 321 L of refrigerator volume and 166 L of freezer.
The dual air-cooling system for the separate refrigerator and freezer compartments enables optimal temperature and humidity control for best food preservation PureBreeze UV technology kills bacteria and viruses and improves air quality.
The internal configuration of the refrigerated compartment is designed for maximum flexibility with 3 metal trimmed shelves of which 2 height-adjustable, plus 2 drawers: 1 with adjustable humidity + 1 FrescoZero drawer that can be used as a 0°C drawer for meat and fish, or as a crisper with adjustable humidity. Freezer compartment is equipped with 4 drawers that allow easy access, plus 1 sliding tray and 1 stationary shelf below the manual ice maker.
Using one of available handle kits in Professional or Master Series style, it integrates seamlessly with all other Bertazzoni appliances into style-harmonized suites for a true, high-performing kitchen.

HOW OUR DELIVERIES WORK
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, five days a week.
Orders placed before 1pm will usually be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day, and orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
If your delivery seems to be taking a little longer than expected, please get in touch with your name, order number and full delivery address and we’ll happily look into it for you.

Delivery is calculated automatically at checkout depending on the size and value of your order:

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch, although this is not a guaranteed next-day service. -
Transparent Shipping – £6.14
Royal Mail Tracked 48. This is the actual cost to us of sending your parcel. As a small independent business, we don’t have access to the heavily discounted postal rates available to the big guys, so this option simply covers our postage cost.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT HOME?
Our parcels are sent with Royal Mail. If they’re unable to deliver your parcel, they’ll provide details of your delivery options, which may include rearranging delivery or collecting your parcel.
If a parcel is eventually returned to us because delivery couldn’t be completed, we’ll contact you. If you’d like us to send it again, we may need to charge the postage cost for redelivery.
If you know you won’t be home, you may prefer to have your order delivered to an alternative address where someone will be available to receive it.
OVERSEAS DELIVERY
At the moment, we’re unfortunately unable to ship outside the UK. We hope to change this in the future.
RETURNS TO QUINCE & COOK
We hope you love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

Please include a completed returns form inside your parcel, as missing information may delay your refund. You can request a returns form by emailing orders@quinceandcook.co.uk.
Unless an item is faulty, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us before returning it so that we can arrange the appropriate return at no cost to you.
Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed.
COOKER & APPLIANCE ORDERS
Cookers and large appliances are subject to separate delivery, cancellation and returns terms. Please see our Terms & Conditions for information relating to individual manufacturers.
Delivery times will also differ from those above, as many large items require a specialist delivery service. Following your order, we’ll provide further information about your expected delivery date, and the courier will usually contact you by email or text to confirm the arrangements.
Delivery charges for large appliances also vary and will be calculated at checkout.
In the unlikely event of a problem developing, you are covered for 2 years parts and labour warranty.
