The Roma 100cm Coup de Feu Dual Fuel range cooker houses 2 large multifunction ovens, with 4 gas burners and a French style Coup de feu burner. With a variety of professional features, its sleek style and advanced cooking technologies the 100cm Roma is designed for the passionate domestic chef.

Design Features

The Roma has a clean modern style with contemporary knobs and handles. You have the option of 4 standard colours including stainless steel, white, matt graphite and gloss black. Alternatively, you can colour match your cooker, with ILVEs colour match service. The Roma 100cm Coup de Feu Dual Fuel range cooker includes ILVEs unique E3 precision temperature control, allowing you to adjust the temperature in just 5 degree increments with minimal temperature fluctuation. The Roma 100cm Coup de Feu range cooker features two soft close oven door and a soft close full width storage drawer.

 Oven Functions

The Roma 100cm Coup de Feu Dual Fuel range cooker features two large ovens with a 65 litre capacity in the left hand oven, and a 57 litre capacity in the right hand oven. There is a choice of 15 oven functions including a quick start rapid heat up that heats the oven to 200 degrees in 6 minutes. The pizza setting recreates a traditional pizza furnace at 300 degrees. The range cookers baking setting uses a circular fan element to distribute heat evenly. With the new steam discharge vent, you can control the ovens humidity by eliminating condensation when cooking a high water based dish like a stew or by retaining the moisture when baking bread. Inside the oven is a specially designed rotisserie, perfect for cooking joints of meat. The continuously turning spit allows the meat to self-base and ensures minimal mess. The oven includes two dual-height halogen lighting for perfect visual control.

The ovens interior is similar to cleaning a non-stick pack due to its easy clean enamel oven lining. All ILVE range cookers are A+ rated for energy efficiency.

Hob Details

The 100cm Coup de Feu Dual Fuel model features 4 high quality, cast-iron individual pan supports and solid brass burners. With easy clean black nanotechnology coating, ILVEs burners are non-stick, easy to clean, durable and highly resistant to fire. Positioned on the right is the French styled coup de feu with multiple rings of varying heat. The 4 individual gas burners are controlled with one hand ignition: 1 x 4.3kW wok burner, 2x 3kW medium burners, 1 x 1.8kW small burner and a 3 kW coup de feu. LPG jets can be fitted by request.

 Safety Features

ILVEs cookers are designed to ensure the safety of its users, including a fascia fan to keep the controls cool. All ILVE cookers feature a child safety lock, perfect for young families. The oven doors are cool touch with triple glazed glass and the burners feature a flame safety device to turn off the gas if the flame goes out.

HOW OUR DELIVERIES WORK

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, five days a week.

Orders placed before 1pm will usually be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day, and orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

If your delivery seems to be taking a little longer than expected, please get in touch with your name, order number and full delivery address and we’ll happily look into it for you.

Delivery is calculated automatically at checkout depending on the size and value of your order:

• Small Item Shipping – £3.50
  Available on qualifying orders under £10
• Expedited Shipping – £6.95
  Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch, although this is not a guaranteed next-day service.
• Transparent Shipping – £6.14
  Royal Mail Tracked 48. This is the actual cost to us of sending your parcel. As a small independent business, we don’t have access to the heavily discounted postal rates available to the big guys, so this option simply covers our postage cost.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT HOME?

Our parcels are sent with Royal Mail. If they’re unable to deliver your parcel, they’ll provide details of your delivery options, which may include rearranging delivery or collecting your parcel.

If a parcel is eventually returned to us because delivery couldn’t be completed, we’ll contact you. If you’d like us to send it again, we may need to charge the postage cost for redelivery.

If you know you won’t be home, you may prefer to have your order delivered to an alternative address where someone will be available to receive it.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

At the moment, we’re unfortunately unable to ship outside the UK. We hope to change this in the future.

RETURNS TO QUINCE & COOK

We hope you love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

Unless an item is faulty, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us before returning it so that we can arrange the appropriate return at no cost to you.

Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed.

COOKER & APPLIANCE ORDERS

Cookers and large appliances are subject to separate delivery, cancellation and returns terms. Please see our Terms & Conditions for information relating to individual manufacturers.

Delivery times will also differ from those above, as many large items require a specialist delivery service. Following your order, we’ll provide further information about your expected delivery date, and the courier will usually contact you by email or text to confirm the arrangements.

Delivery charges for large appliances also vary and will be calculated at checkout.

Your new ILVE appliance comes with a 2-year warranty. Their Engineers will repair or replace any defective components caused by fault materials or worksmanship free of charge, provided the defect occurs within two years of the date of delivery and that:

• The appliance has been installed in accordance with the instruction manual
• The appliance is soley for normal domestic use in domestic premises within the United Kingdom
• The appliance has been maintained in line with ILVE's instructions for care of the appliance
• The appliance has not been repaired or modified by any person other than a member of our service team or an authorised service agent

The guarantee does not cover:

• Call out charges where a fault cannot be found with the product
• Defects that have arisen out of misuse
• Improper installation and/ or failure to meet current electrical or gas regulations
• Deliberate damage or neglect
• Damage caused by foreign objects or substances
• Use in commercial premises
• Accidental damage
• Incorrect assembly after cleaning
• Fluctuations in gas or electrical supply
• Consumables such as light bulbs, seals, fuses
• Consequential loss of any type
