For those who desire oven capacity, the 1805mm wide Lacanche Bligny is the perfect combination of oven capacity and the flexibility of a hob design which can incorporate three integrated hob elements, like a fryer or maybe a chargrill. The two large ovens can be specified for different fuel types and there is a 79 litre simmer oven, which can be used to hold food, plate warm or even slow cook. As an optional extra this cavities can be specified as a 65 litre dual function electric oven.

• Hobs: The Bligny is available with a choice of three different gas hob types: the three or four open burner classic hob or the traditional hob with two open burners and the large cast iron French top, which is excellent for recipes advocating long simmer times, or even maintaining heat before serving dishes. The traditional top offers incredible versatility, including that of a workstation when not in use. For customers without a gas supply, the Lacanche Bligny is also available with a three zone energy efficient induction top. With the Belmont range, there is space to add three additional integrated hob elements such as gas burners, induction elements, chargrill or even a multicooker.

• Ovens: The large ovens can be specified as gas, static electric or dual function electric. Every electric oven comes with a grill. The most popular configuration is the two dual function electric ovens option. As standard the Lacanche Bligny is equipped with a 79 litre simmer oven which can be used to hold food, plate warm or even slow cook. As an optional extra the simmer oven can be specified as a 65 litre dual function electric oven.
