The Everhot by Westin Hood is a precision-engineered extractor made from high grade stainless steel, featuring professional dishwasher safe filters and a large, vaulted fume catchment area. Its classic good looks are combined with modern efficiency to result in a stunning, powerful extraction hood that will stay with you and your kitchen for years to come.

Complete your cooker with a hood that has been expertly matched to every single colour and size of Everhot cooker. The custom paint finish is combined with a brushed stainless-steel edge, reflecting Everhot’s characteristic style. The hood’s sleek, polished finish will complement your kitchen design and draw further attention to your Everhot cooker as it takes pride of place in your home.

Each cooker hood features three power levels, alongside an intensive setting to ensure that the extraction level complements any cooking style. Owners of the Everhot 120 and 150 series models also have the option of dual motors to increase the power level further and spread extraction evenly along the width of the cooktop.

The intuitive LCD touch controls provide quick and easy control over the power and lighting settings. The dimmable, dynamic LED lighting settings can be adjusted from cool to warm colours to fit in with your kitchen lighting scheme, or your cooking mood.

The distinctively angular style of the hood is purposefully designed to boost extraction performance by increasing the catchment area and smoothing the air flow inside. The baffle filters can be easily lifted out and popped in the dishwasher time and time again to stay clean and fresh.

HOW OUR DELIVERIES WORK

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, five days a week.

Orders placed before 1pm will usually be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day, and orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

If your delivery seems to be taking a little longer than expected, please get in touch with your name, order number and full delivery address and we’ll happily look into it for you.

DELIVERY PRICES

Delivery is calculated automatically at checkout depending on the size and value of your order:

• Standard Shipping – £4.95
  Royal Mail Tracked 48
• Small Item Shipping – £3.50
  Available on qualifying orders under £10
• Expedited Shipping – £6.95
  Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch, although this is not a guaranteed next-day service.
• Transparent Shipping – £6.14
  Royal Mail Tracked 48. This is the actual cost to us of sending your parcel. As a small independent business, we don’t have access to the heavily discounted postal rates available to the big guys, so this option simply covers our postage cost.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT HOME?

Our parcels are sent with Royal Mail. If they’re unable to deliver your parcel, they’ll provide details of your delivery options, which may include rearranging delivery or collecting your parcel.

If a parcel is eventually returned to us because delivery couldn’t be completed, we’ll contact you. If you’d like us to send it again, we may need to charge the postage cost for redelivery.

If you know you won’t be home, you may prefer to have your order delivered to an alternative address where someone will be available to receive it.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

At the moment, we’re unfortunately unable to ship outside the UK. We hope to change this in the future.

RETURNS TO QUINCE & COOK

We hope you love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

Please include a completed returns form inside your parcel, as missing information may delay your refund. You can request a returns form by emailing orders@quinceandcook.co.uk.

Unless an item is faulty, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us before returning it so that we can arrange the appropriate return at no cost to you.

Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed.

COOKER & APPLIANCE ORDERS

Cookers and large appliances are subject to separate delivery, cancellation and returns terms. Please see our Terms & Conditions for information relating to individual manufacturers.

Delivery times will also differ from those above, as many large items require a specialist delivery service. Following your order, we’ll provide further information about your expected delivery date, and the courier will usually contact you by email or text to confirm the arrangements.

Delivery charges for large appliances also vary and will be calculated at checkout.
