The AGA Signature Induction 100 combines cast-iron radiant heat cooking with modern technology to offer greater flexibility in the kitchen. At 100cm wide, it provides generous cooking capacity while maintaining the iconic AGA presence and performance.
At its centre are two cast-iron heat storage ovens, one for roasting and baking and one for simmering, each delivering consistent, even heat for reliable results. Alongside them sits a conventional fan oven, adding speed and precision when needed, along with an integrated grill for additional versatility.
Control is simple and responsive, guided by a touchscreen interface designed for clarity and ease of use. A two-zone induction hob offers fast, precise heat and includes a bridging feature for larger cookware. This sits alongside the AGA hotplate, which can be set to boiling or simmering and heats up in around 10 to 12 minutes.
Each element can be operated independently, allowing you to tailor energy use to suit your cooking needs. This balance of cast-iron cooking and modern functionality creates a flexible and intuitive cooking experience that adapts to everyday life.
