This Bertazzoni Heritage Series 60cm built-in electric oven with Total Steam and pyrolytic self-cleaning offers a best-in-class cavity capacity of 76 litres. With 11 functions it is ideal for mid-to low- temperature cooking, such as baking or recipes that require slow cooking, like casseroles. The non-convection mode is excellent for baking cakes, while the fan-assisted mode ensures even heat distribution on all five levels for roasting and baking with no flavour crossover. The infrared grill gives powerful searing and grilling over a large surface area. The oven is easy to control and monitor with metal or metal titanium knobs and a clear TFT display, which offers remarkable flexibility when choosing cooking modes. It also makes managing the food probe and Bertazzoni Assistant simple. The soft open-and-close door with metal or metal titanium handle is easy to use and the cool touch glass is quadruple-glazed for safety and efficiency. The Total Steam oven helps you create fast and healthy meals, using water vapour to seal in both flavour, nutrients, vitamins and minerals. This makes cooking vegetables, fish and meats quick and efficient. A removable water tank lets you remove and refill without interrupting the cooking programme. Pyrolytic cleaning is based on high-temperature cleaning and sterilising without detergents to leave your oven sparkling clean hygienic. Available in Matt Black, Ivory with chrome.

HOW OUR DELIVERIES WORK
We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday – five days a week. Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched on the same day. All orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the following day.
We sadly can't deliver to PO Box addresses.
Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following morning, and orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday. In case of a delayed delivery please contact us quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look straight into it for you.
Delivery prices are dependent product size and are broken down as follows and will be automatically calculated at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: £4.95 - Royal Mail 48 Tracked
- Small Item Shipping (Orders under £10): £3.50
- Letterbox Kits: £3.50
- Expedited Shipping: £6.95 – Royal Mail 24 Tracked
- Transparent Shipping £6.14 - Royal Mail 48 Tracked - This is how much you it costs us to ship your order. As a small business we just don't get the margin on postal fees that the biggies do.
The carrier we use is Royal Mail, they will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card should have detailed instructions informing you on how to obtain your parcel. You will have 7 days from the date of attempted delivery to rearrange delivery, after this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge again for postage before sending the item out again. We will contact you first. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address (for example, your work address).
OVERSEAS POSTAGE – EUROPE & REST OF WORLDUnfortunately we are unable to send items out with the UK at the moment, we are working on this.
RETURNS TO QUINCE & COOK
We hope that you love your purchase, but if for any reason it’s not right, please don’t hesitate to return within 14 working days of delivery. Returned items should be adequately insured during the return journey with proof of postage, Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery.

Please ensure that your unwanted product is in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
Along with your product please fill in our returns form and include this in your parcel - failure to include this may delay your refund being processed. A returns form can be obtained by emailing orders@quinceandcook.co.uk
On the rare occasion that your product is faulty please contact us to arrange collection free of charge. Non faulty items will have to be returned at your own cost.
Please allow 28 days for your refund to be processed.
COOKER & APPLIANCE ORDERS

Shipping times will also vary from the above as many items are special delivery due to their size. Shortly after order, a date will be provided and the courier will liaise with you via email or text to confirm precise timings.
Delivery costs also vary for large appliances, these will be calculated at checkout.
In the unlikely event of a problem developing, you are covered for 2 years parts and labour warranty.
Bertazzoni are currently working on their website to include a new method for registering a new appliance with them. In the meantime, be assured that if you retain proof of purchase you will still be covered.
